Hotel Ivana’s cuisine is based on the most classic of Romagna traditions, with fresh homemade pasta, meat and fish served every day.
The day gets off to a great start with a breakfast offering many culinary specialities and simple but delicious and fragrant cakes.
For lunch and dinner, guests can choose either meat or fish dishes, with pizza and piadina made by us in the hotel kitchen.
Our love of good things starts with our choice of products, such as the meat, which we purchase daily from a local butcher that only sells Italian produce, and the fruit and vegetables, which are sourced from local farms.
Children are our most important guests and the hotel kitchen is always open for them, with flexible opening hours and meals prepared based on their different needs.
